Sales Operations Consultant

My client is a leader in their market, they are growing rapidly and are looking for a Sales Operations Consultant / Support Representative to provide operations support for a growing sales organisation working closely with the Sales Support Manager and the Operations Team.
The Sales Operation Consultant will work in collaboration with members of the sales team (local and remote) and other functions within the company including Finance, Marketing and Services. This position requires experience of CRM and some of ERP systems as well as Cloud platforms. The ability to effectively work independently as well as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic person, with attention to detail and keen to take responsibility for the execution of their assigned tasks.
•Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team. • Assist with quotes and orders for complex deals. • Provide reports and analysis to sales management. • Review and edit sales contracts and NDA’s, within defined guidelines. • Manage Deal Registration process, including sales team contributions. • Ad hoc projects.
• 1-3 Years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Finance • Hands on position, requires self-starter with positive, can-do attitude. • Experience with CRM/SFA • Advanced Excel skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
