Job Description

Are you conscientious, proactive and detail focused? Our High Wycombe client is seeking a Contracts Coordinator for this busy department. In this role you will be tasked to onboard new clients ensuring that all paperwork is generated, completed accurately and maintained on file for future reference. Mistakes can prove costly so we are seeking someone with a proven background in this type of work.


  • Issuing contract renewal documentation to existing customers within agreed timeframes
  • Process renewals and amendments to contracts
  • Uploading files to the system
  • Handling customer enquiries, gaining internal support where appropriate
  • Generating documentation for new accounts
  • Investigating invoice queries
  • Maintain contact with customers when required
  • Proofreading official paperwork
  • General phone and administration work
