Job Description

Are you an experienced corporate Receptionist? Are you well presented, articulate and interested in a permanent job within a well known large company? Yellow Bricks Recruitment are hiring a professional Receptionist with experience working within a corporate environment.

Duties:

  • Welcoming business customers including VIPs
  • Announcing visitors, offering and providing refreshments
  • Maintaining a well-kept Reception area
  • Answering a busy switchboard, directing calls to the correct person
  • Booking meeting rooms for colleagues
  • Organising outside catering for large scale meetings
  • Reorganising meeting rooms after the event
  • Ensuring the stationary cupboard is well stocked
  • Preparing purchase orders for suppliers
  • General Administrative tasks
