Job Description

We are hiring an experienced, detail focused and analytical Customer Care Specialist for our Slough client. in this telephone based role focused on ensuring your work is fully compliant with company guidelines you will be responsible for processing enquiries, as well as handling complex complaints. The successful candidate will have a mature outlook who understand the importance of achieving deadlines while following procedure.

Duties:

  • Respond to calls, entering information on the in-house system
  • Reply to written complaints following company guidelines
  • When handling complaints ensure that information is captured on the systems
  • Generating reports based on your workload
  • Maximising customer satisfaction in all areas
  • Keeping your team leader informed of problematic cases
  • Work toward individual KPIs
  • Liaise with internal and external providers to resolve cases
  • Offer ideas to improve service offerings
  • Attend and contribute to regular training sessions
  • Focus on the Customers need when dealing with all cases

This is an excellent role where full training and coaching will be provided. Due to the nature of the company, candidates will have to pass a credit reference as well as clear a DBS check before an offer of employment is generated
