Job Description

Yellow Bricks are hiring a customer-centric professional to join this mid-sized High Wycombe client in driving engagement, retention and product education to their customer base. In this role you will be speaking to customers over the phone and via email, offering solutions, guidance and support to their business needs quickly and effectively. In this job you will have an opportunity to increase your earning with an achievable bonus for growing spend within your existing account portfolio.


  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Managing back-orders
  • Placing new orders and effectively cross-selling
  • Offer guidance over the phone for clients seeking advice
  • Offering price quotations
  • Scheduling collections and deliveries
  • Confirming receipt of stock
  • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys
  • Handling general internal requests relating to customer orders
  • Raising foreseeable issues at the earliest opportunity
  • Reporting activity to the line manager
  • Supporting colleagues or the wider business to improve customer satisfaction where gaps are noticed

We are seeking a strong communicator who has strong empathy and a customer-first approach for this fast-paced telephone-based role.
