Yellow Bricks are hiring an experienced Customer Service professional for our corporate Uxbridge client. We are seeking a person with a proven background in this area who thrives delivering high levels of customer service and enjoys building relationships.
- Responding to customers over the phone and via email
- Actioning customer requests
- Entering information on the in-house system
- Raising orders for customers as per requests
- Pricing orders and negotiating shipping costs
- Account managing a portfolio of regular customers
- Checking in for customer feedback
- Reporting KPIs to your line manager
- Making service improvement recommendations within the team
- Supporting colleagues in busy periods
- General project work
This is a fast-paced role where the customer comes first, we are interested in speaking to people who are interested in continuing a career within telephone customer service.
