Job Description

Yellow Bricks are hiring an experienced Customer Service professional for our corporate Uxbridge client. We are seeking a person with a proven background in this area who thrives delivering high levels of customer service and enjoys building relationships.

Duties:

  • Responding to customers over the phone and via email
  • Actioning customer requests
  • Entering information on the in-house system
  • Raising orders for customers as per requests
  • Pricing orders and negotiating shipping costs
  • Account managing a portfolio of regular customers
  • Checking in for customer feedback
  • Reporting KPIs to your line manager
  • Making service improvement recommendations within the team
  • Supporting colleagues in busy periods
  • General project work

This is a fast-paced role where the customer comes first, we are interested in speaking to people who are interested in continuing a career within telephone customer service.
