Job Description

We are hiring immediately available temps to join our High Wycombe client in their busy contact centre. In this job you will be answering business phone calls from existing customers, you will hear the query and log information on the inhouse system. We are seeking excellent communicators who can work full time in a telephone based role.

Duties:

  • Answering inbound business phone calls
  • Assisting clients with their requests
  • Placing call notes on the internal system
  • Referring cases for additional support where required
  • Placing orders
  • Identifying problems with the customers service plan
  • Reporting on activity
  • Proactively promoting the business at all times

We are seeking a person who has experience in a similar role, candidates should be available to start within two weeks.
