Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Customer Support Advisor for an exciting Uxbridge company who are growing fast. Our client works within the entertainment industry so if you are into film this could be a great move for you. We are seeking a switched on, organised fresh thinker with a can do attitude. Hours of work rotate weekly 7:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-6pm

Duties:

  • Handling customer queries using Zendesk
  • Logging all calls and emailed enquiries
  • Raising a ticket and scheduling call backs
  • Working to resolve the issue or request
  • Maintaining contact with the client
  • Closing cases with agreed timeframes
  • Ad hoc support with project work
  • Reception duties when cover is required
