Job Description

We are hiring for an experienced Digital Project Manager for a growing High Wycombe based marketing agency. In this full-time office based job, you will be tasked to manage all projects from idea conception through to implementation. You will be technically minded with full comprehension of building websites, owning digital communication channels as well as easily able to drive internal and external momentum on multiple projects.

Duties:

  • Scoping project requirements relating to web and socials.
  • Confidently leads multiple projects, maintaining effective communications and statements of work throughout the timeline
  • Develops detailed project plans and collects client information for development.
  • Maintains and updates all project plan documents, from initiation through to execution
  • Handle client requests with enthusiasm
  • Monitor activity and inform parties against expectations
  • Leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time and on budget
  • Accurately identifies and mitigates project risks, forecasts development timelines and budget accordingly
  • Confidently pipelines activity to meet multiple deadlines
  • Develops and communicates project performance throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders

  • Facilitates communication across the team
  • Effectively manage a multi-skilled team
  • Ensures adherence to quality assurance principles, usability best practices, and web analytics-driven decisions.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with formal project management methodologies
  • Proven experience managing creative marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the top 10 social platforms
  • An eye for detail, able to effectively carry out QA before product release
  • Ability to analyse, make decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risk
  • High level of experience creating factual, concise and client-oriented communication
  • Maintaining focus on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proven decision-making skills, particularly in navigating conflicting priorities
  • Strong experience managing projects, involving responsive website development, apps and social media
  • Driving communications between clients, engineering teams, account service personnel, management and more
  • Experience with facilitating projects involving content management systems, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
  • An appetite for investigating and refining methodology tools and procedures
  • Experience in a digital agency is highly sought, with an understanding of usability principles, accessibility and overall web standards
