We are an independent recruitment agency our office is in Marlow, Bucks. We are expanding our team due to growth within our market, we supply staffing solutions within the global tech market through robust PSL agreements as well as on an ad-hoc basis. We have expertise in making key hires for some of the biggest names in tech offering a high-end service to our committed clients and candidates. We work as an extension to our clients Talent Acquisition teams especially during times of high growth.

Our people are who make our business so we are very specific in our requirements. We are hiring a person who is either continuing a successful career in recruitment or is working within talent acquisition delivering a healthy pipeline of headhunted people to hiring managers. We need a natural salesperson who is outgoing and confident with a customer-centric approach. This is a 360 role, you will win the opportunity and deliver on the roles taking full ownership of your work and building strong relationships with your clients.

The role of a recruiter is to build sustainable relationships with existing and prospect candidates and clients through the delivery of quality recruitment solutions. Honesty is our policy so we need a real genuine peoples person, someone who goes above and beyond to get the job done with your clients and candidates best interests in mind, we are thorough in our approach ensuring we get it right every time. Our clients are global so you should be prepared to support them depending on the time zone you are working.

Every day we are in face-to-face (video call) contact with our candidates and clients, therefore, the way you present yourself is key, we will expect you to be articulate with excellent English writing skills as well as professional. With no two days the same and in a busy market, this role is high energy with real ups and downs to contend with. We will invest in our colleagues with coaching and development to ensure you showcase your recruiting talents to the best of your ability.

Duties:

  • Build, sustain and convert a pipeline of prospect clients
  • Actively participate in market-related conversations
  • Consistently generate monthly revenue based on agreed targets
  • Source and represent candidates of a high calibre
  • Represent YellowBricks when meeting clients, present and deliver solution packages
  • Resource for vacancies following client brief
  • Create adverts and candidate attraction campaigns
  • Proactively market the YellowBricks brand through social media and relevant community channels
  • Account Manage clients to a VIP standard
  • Negotiate terms and offers
  • Record activities using our in-house system
  • Monitor candidate eligibility, references and other compliances
  • Provide outstanding levels of Customer Service to all partners
  • Report on activity during monthly reviews

Essential:

  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Well presented and highly articulate
  • Ideally, you are working within Tech
