Job Description

Yellow Bricks are recruiting an experienced HR Generalist for a global organisation in Uxbridge. We are seeking a degree educated professional with a wealth of experience in a similar role, ideally with strong working knowledge of working within a local company. An excellent communicator you will be outgoing and confident to converse at all levels in this stand-alone role as the  UK HR contact. Candidates with change management experience are highly favoured.

Duties:

  • Act as the HR contact to the UK business for employees and management.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of UK Labour law, exercising new legislation as they are imposed
  • Support the Management team with leadership coaching and support
  • Lead transformation projects
  • Drive engagement across the UK business working alongside global colleagues
  • Monitor UK sickness and absence reporting, addressing areas of concern
  • Resolve employee conflicts following the correct process
  • Provide 121 and group training as required
  • Recommend areas of staff development which may support the business further
  • Notify the business of any HR related matters
  • Onboard new starters
  • Carry out a company induction
  • Manage grievances following employment law
  • Carry out complex exit interviews
  • Project Management
  • General HR tasks as the role grows
