Job Description

Are you interested in a career in IT Support, our Uxbridge client is hiring a person to support all staff with their Telephone and IT equipment. We are seeking a person who has a desire to learn, can communicate well and is confident working with colleagues at all levels. This is a permanent full-time job and might suit a person with an IT related degree.


  • Work through  an active ticket list
  • Supporting users with issues relates to desktop, laptop, application, servers as well as desk and smartphones
  • Work alongside 3rd party suppliers
  • Identify trends relating to service issues
  • Identify and escalate high priority cases
  • Diagnose faulty kit and arrange for the swift exchange
  • Ensure informative notes are recorded in all cases
  • Assist with new starter kit requests
  • Ensure stock is well kept
  • Get involved with ongoing project work
  • General support related tasks
