Job Description

Are you an experienced Receptionist with coordination experience? Our High Wycombe client are hiring a person to represent them in this busy role. From your desk at Reception you will provide PA duties to senior managers as well as administering the daily running of this large UK HQ. You will be the go-to person in relation to all office related to a  friendly, confident and welcoming approach is essential. You will relish a challenge and be someone who will go above and beyond to resolve an issue or find an answer to a challenging request.

  • Maintaining a busy reception area
  • Welcoming staff and visitors
  • Preparing refreshments and organising catering
  • Supporting with event management
  • Providing PA duties for some of the senior leadership team
  • Organising office maintenance 
  • Preparing invoices for payment
  • Diary Management
  • Responsible for meeting room allocation
  • General Administrative duties
