Job Description

We are hiring an Office Manager for our High Wycombe client, this is a junior level role where training will be provided. Candidates who apply should be confident, computer literate and able to think on their feet. This is a lovely role where you will be tasked to support all of the head office team to ensure the office remains a great place to work.

Duties:

  • Supporting directors with PA duties
  • Travel planning
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Organising and distributing deliveries
  • Maintaining office stationery
  • Ensuring the kitchen is well stocked
  • Fielding calls for colleagues
  • Handling calls relating to office suppliers
  • Negotiating costs for office related equipment and services
  • Ensuring the office is well kept and welcoming to visitors
  • Organising team events
  • Maintaining staff records
  • General Administrative tasks

Essential Skills:

  • Microsoft office skills
  • Google Docs and mail experience
  • Experience working with an Administrative role
  • A clear and confident telephone manner
  • An organised approach
  • An open and outgoing outlook
