Job Description

Yellow Bricks are hiring a business-critical Supply Chain role for our FMCG client in High Wycombe. In this role, you will be tasked to work with approved suppliers to ensure they are achieving their objectives and satisfying the business needs productively. Our ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, is methodical and has a high level of accuracy. Candidates should have a high level of experience using Excel as well as experience using an ERP system.

Duties:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a list of dedicated suppliers
  • Contribute to the planning process
  • Negotiating terms and pricing
  • Ordering stock as per colleagues requirements
  • Planning ahead based on seasonal trends
  • Processing documents and allocating POs
  • Communicating changes to suppliers
  • Managing fast turn around requirements
  • Attending supplier meetings
  • Deal with stock queries and liaise closely with the depot
  • Support the supply chain team in delivering budget targets
