Yellow Bricks are hiring for a temp to permanent role supporting a large FMCG as an early years talent coordinator. You will support this business in onboarding talented entry-level people into degree apprenticeship programs. We are looking for a highly confident communicator who supports people in understanding the expectations of work and the role of ensuring the best results.

Duties:

• Review and organise applications
• Screen and interview applicants
• Schedule recruitment assessment days
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Diary and email management for the leader
• Support with all enquiries
• Share feedback and offer guidance
• Liaise with colleagues in improvement areas
• Administer all activities
• Capture content for social channels
• Take minutes at team meetings
