About the Role:

As our Growth Hacker, you will be the driving force behind our marketing success. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and candidates, owning the entire marketing funnel – from initial awareness to qualified leads. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximise conversions, turning marketing magic into tangible business results. Critically, you will also be responsible for building and nurturing a strong community around our agency, both online and offline, becoming a strong voice and face of our brand. This role demands a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of digital marketing, a proven ability to achieve results with limited budgets, a genuine passion for fostering connections, and a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, but a passion for connecting talent with opportunity is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling content across multiple channels (e.g., blog posts, social media, email, website) that captures attention and engages target audiences.
  • Orchestrate and optimise all marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Harness the power of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Dive into data analytics and reporting, tracking and measuring campaign performance to uncover insights and drive improvements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation programmes.
  • Spearhead a PR strategy to secure media coverage and amplify our brand message.
  • Build and ignite online communities (e.g., LinkedIn groups, forums) to foster engagement and connection among candidates and clients.
  • Conceptualise and execute engaging events (e.g., webinars, networking events, workshops) to connect with target audiences and build lasting relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key media contacts.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 5 years+ in demand generation marketing, within in a B2B/service environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving awareness, consideration, and lead generation, particularly within a startup environment with limited budgets.
  • Success stories: what have you done that really took off
  • A mastery of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and AI-powered marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in PR and media relations is a major plus.
  • Experience in community building and event planning is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for the recruitment industry and connecting talent with opportunity is essential.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience within a B2C organisation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of video marketing and production.
