We’re now looking for a commercially led Client Partner / Account Manager who loves building relationships, being out with clients and making sure every role and account is handled brilliantly from start to finish.

We’re now looking for a commercially led Client Partner / Account Manager who loves building relationships, being with our clients when it counts, and making sure every role and account is handled brilliantly from start to finish.
The main objective of the role is to provide a premium experience to every Yellow Bricks and YBTemps client by running an engaged, high-touch hiring process that delivers high-calibre candidate pools and directly supports our clients’ growth goals.
Success in this role looks like our clients describing the service as premium, responsive and easy to work with, coming back to us with repeat roles because they feel well supported and understood. You run engaged, well-structured hiring processes with clear briefs, regular updates and a smooth candidate journey, consistently delivering high-calibre shortlists of 3–5 well-matched candidates. You understand each client’s team plans and pressure points, helping them fill roles that genuinely support their growth goals, while feeding back useful market and client insight that shapes where we focus and how we continually improve.
This is a people-focused role that demands a people-centric, commercially savvy Account Manager. If you care about service, relationships and commercial impact, you’ll fit in well here.
Visiting clients across London, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire for purposeful meetings, coffees and team catch-ups
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders, understanding their team structure, plans and pain points
Taking clear job briefs and ensuring everyone is aligned on expectations, timelines and outcomes
Keeping clients updated on shortlists, interviews, feedback and offers so they always know where they stand
Speaking with new inbound clients about how we work, our temp and perm offering, and sending / agreeing terms
Spotting additional opportunities within existing accounts and sharing these with the wider team
Working closely with delivery to make sure roles are prioritised and that shortlists are high calibre and on-point
Sharing market and candidate insight so we can continually improve our service
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how hiring decisions support business growth
A strong communicator, confident with founders, HR leaders and senior managers in person and online
Relationship-led and service-driven – you enjoy looking after clients and making life easier for them
Happy to graft and execute – you like seeing things through, not just talking strategy
Organised and reliable, able to juggle multiple roles and relationships without dropping the ball
Based within easy reach of London / Buckinghamshire / Berkshire, and comfortable visiting clients regularly
Hybrid and flexible – likely 3–4 days per week to start
Mostly home-based, with regular client-site time across London, Bucks and Berks
Occasional in-person time with the team for planning and debriefs
