Job Description

We are hiring Order Administrators for a 6 month temp post in Slough, the role is full time in the office and starts immediately.

We are hiring and Order Administrator, our client requires a large number of people for a pharmaceutical team who are leading a project to renew the data they hold on their customers.

In this role you will review an internal database to look at customer information, you will then transfer data into a new system being sure to contact customers where the data is invalid to verify the details and update and refresh their preferences

The Job

  • Reviewing customer data
  • Contacting clients over the phone
  • Providing a professional experience to all customers
  • Creating accurate customer records
  • Making recommendations to customers
  • Offering guidance to customers on management of data reporting on activity to management

This is an in the office role based in Slough, 37hrs per week starting at the end of February, the rate of pay is £14.00 per hour, you will earn holiday pay in addition. The role will last for 3-6 months
