We are hiring a proactive, organised support act for two founders who are scaling their organisations. Working at the London office, you will be amongst the action in this fast-paced environment. A gatekeeper with strong literacy skills who can craft emails on behalf of our founders you will play a big part in freeing them up to continue their growth trajectory.

Yellow Bricks are hiring a Personal Assistant to support two founders, we are seeking the right person rather than the right CV. Are you someone who wants to work in a busy London office,  wants to support founders by taking away their admin tasks so that they can grow the organisation bigger? Are you confident to attend events, meet suppliers and field calls for business owners? Can you think on your feet and spot opportunities that might be interesting to our founder? If so, we would like to hear from you.

  • Email management
  • Events organising
  • Diary management
  • Gatekeeping
  • Writing documents as per the founder’s needs
  • Supporting with expansion plans
  • Managing finance documents
  • Minute taking in company meetings
  • Carrying out competitor analysis
  • working with PR and agents
