Job Description

Are you a salesperson who can cut through the noise to easily identify prospects, who understands the customer's needs and goes about developing relationships and educating them into investing in the technologies that will scale their businesses? If so, we want to hear from you for a UK Sales Development Rep (London, in office) for a leader in tech services.

Yellow Bricks are hiring a Sales Executive for a large software organisation; for this in-office role based in London you will be working alongside marketing to generate a solid pipeline of enterprise-size leads for an Account Executive covering the vertical of FMCG.

We are seeking a person with a curious nature who can develop good relationships with prospective customers, deep dive into the customer’s business needs understand clearly how the product will benefit and then play back to the Account Executive who will go in for a senior-level meeting with owners and C-suite. We want a person who will work closely with the AE to ensure they have all of the information and insights required to land the deal.

Duties:

  • Outbound calling
  • Responding to inbound leads
  • Working with marketing to create targetted campaigns for the vertical
  • Generating interest at industry events
  • Working to KPIs, achieving 100% of target
  • Screening all prospects for viability
  • Structuring calls and engagement strategies for success
  • Recording data on the internal salesforce system
  • Working with the AE to discuss and agree on the pipeline
  • Devising a clear strategy based on the AEs knowledge and lead insights
  • Acting as the main contact for a prospect, provides a high level of engagement
  • Working with pre-sales to develop the sales meeting angle
  • Handing over to customer success to onboard, ensure a smooth transition
  • Offering insight and process review ideas to senior management

OTE Year 1 £65k plus accelerators
