Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with exposure to live selling via social media and TV shopping, we want to hear from you.

We are hiring a Sales Operations & Live Commerce Coordinator with experience working with live shopping and social media channels that produce high sales activity from lives.

About the Role: This role involves providing essential administrative support to the sales team, which helps this retail giant accelerate sales on its television shopping channels. The role ensures seamless operations between the office, shipping, retailers, and distribution partners globally. The position combines office-based duties with hands-on responsibilities in retail locations within the London area.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including order processing, and tracking including following up on open orders, back orders and returns, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Enter sales orders accurately into the system, ensuring timely updates and communication.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders and resolve delivery issues and discrepancies.
  • Complete and submit new line forms for retailers and television shopping, ensuring all required information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Assisting with sales reports and inventory management, monitoring retailer stock on hand and order patterns to proactively advise when replenishment is needed, helping to avoid out of stocks and maximise sales.
  • Support with retailer, TV Shopping and distribution accounts with ad-hoc queries such as customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing sample coordination, marketing leaflets, on-air asset management, and diary scheduling for shows.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, order forms, and other critical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • TV Shopping channel / Live selling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to adapt seamlessly between office and retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for retail and sales.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
