We are hiring an experienced sales person to sell high value items and services to leaders within large and scaling organisations. We are seeking a person who is highly experienced in securing new business opportunties within corporate organisations.

Yellow Bricks are hiring an experienced strategic sales person. In this role you will create and convert a pipeline of new business conversions offering products and services to leaders within large and scaling organisations. We are seeking a person who is highly experienced in securing complex new business opportunties within corporate organisations. An excellent stakeholder manager you are used to relationship selling, leading bid and tenders as well as analysing the customers changing needs.

The Role Outline:

  • Create a credible pipeline of new busines opportunities
  • Develop your portfolio to maximise success in building long term profitable relationships
  • Work with internal sales and marketing to develop knowledge on prospects
  • Create and attend in person events to further the relationship
  • Analyse the clients strategic needs mapping key decision makers
  • Lead the bid process to ensure successful entry
  • Work with the client on necessary negiotiations
  • Liaise with internal board members to notify of market conditions and customer risk
  • Attend and represent the business at industry leading events
  • Support and coach the telesales and account managers for growth

This is a fully remote role that requires you to meet with customers mainly in the UK with some international travel required. Our successful candidate has a full driving license and is able top travel as part of their role.
