Job Description

We are hiring an experienced B2B Commercial Account Manager. This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with commercial clients to drive B2B sales of high-value products. This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with commercial clients to drive B2B sales of high-value products. Acting as both a trusted advisor and account manager, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and maximise long-term value. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing incentive programmes, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance across product categories and customer channels, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to support growth.
  • Develop and manage a performance matrix to support structured reporting, incentive tracking, and budget control.
  • Lead the creation of campaign collateral and communications for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct reviews of pricing models and incentive structures during launch or transition phases.
  • Collaborate with specialist providers and third-party partners to explore niche or bespoke solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Work cross-functionally to implement the systems, standards, and processes required to support business operations.
  • Support marketing and after-sales strategies to ensure a complete and compelling customer experience.
  • Represent the business at key events and exhibitions to build visibility and strengthen partnerships.
  • Provide insight and reporting to inform strategic decision-making and regional alignment.

About You

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial sales environments
  • Familiarity with account management, stakeholder engagement, and customer lifecycle strategies
  • Knowledge of business operations and commercial finance
  • Highly numerate and analytically minded
  • Confident communicator and negotiator
  • Self-starter with the drive to lead complex projects from the ground up
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and data-led decision making
