Job Description

This high-achieving VP of Sales is interested in a new role, having lost some confidence in their current organisation's restructuring choices; this person is a big hitter, award winning VP with a strong following of people ready to follow them to further success.

Yellow Bricks is delighted to be representing a VP Sales who is seeking a move to a mid-sized organisation that has a strong senior leadership team within SaaS. This person leads a successful team as a people coach and mentor; they are comfortable presenting to an executive-level enterprise customer, engaging partners, giving keynotes and networking at a superior level. Strong contacts within verticles such as Utilities, Public Sector and Financial Services, this person is interested in progressive business models.

Achieved and exceeded a £8m target with 6 AEs, with an average deal size of £360K.

This person is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building relationships with clients and has a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a small team.

With a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in the SaaS industry this person works collaboratively with other departments, such as product development and customer success, to ensure that the company sales strategy is aligned with its overall business objectives.

To summarise, our person has a strategic mindset, is results-driven, and has a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. Additionally, our candidate can demonstrate their ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team and has a wealth of experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
