Job Description

Our recruitment agency is hiring for an experienced Administrator who is highly literate in spoken and written English in a business setting. In this varied role, you will support the business as well as Customers in delivering time-critical projects.

  • Manage client requests over the phone and via web chat
  • Prepare to report on team activity
  • Provide Reception cover
  • Carry out regular administrative tasks
  • Update the system with new customer information
  • Role out product related information to colleagues
  • Respond to customers
  • Account Manage selected clients
  • Attend customer meetings where required
  • Support Manager with Administrative tasks
