Job Description
We are hiring a Bid Manager to join an Enterprise software company in this new role working alongside a highly successful sales and presales team. We are seeking a highly experienced person who can demonstrate a background of writing compelling and successful RFI and RFP documents.
Duties:
- Effectively manage and maintain a library of useful documentation
- Support Sales and Engineers to plan tender documentation
- Working alongside Marketing for collateral
- Project manage the tender process
- Write compelling executive summaries
- Translate the message for the client
- Respond to questionnaires
- Engage with stakeholders across the business
- Maintain industry knowledge to further engage the audience
- Gain approval from finance on pricing structures
- Act as the escalation point for all matters relating to RFP
- Collate and present the RFP internally for sign off
- Constantly review documentation for improvement
- Understand feedback and make adjustments where required
- Manage all RFP projects
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bid Manager experience within a SaaS company
- A proven track record of success
- Highly communicative
- Advanced bid writing ability
