Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager working within Software? Do you want to join an award winning, highly acclaimed market leader with string employee development strengths?

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to work as the support person between the client’s onboarding division and the internal Software Development team. You will be an outstanding stakeholder manager, able to provide fast solutions as onboarding takes place and beyond.

  • Chair client onboard meetings
  • Take note of all areas to be considered an action appropriately
  • Organise and carry out business reviews at the client site
  • Work alongside Sales to ensure a smooth transition
  • Create solid reports on activity
  • Prepare case studies to be used as sales tools and training material
  • Recognise where an escalation needs to happen and manage the process
  • Carry out training at a client site where appropriate

This is an exciting role that requires travel across the UK. We are seeking a person who has strong energy, is a great communicator and an outstanding Account Manager.
