Job Description

Yellow Bricks are hiring in High Wycombe for a busy and dedicated Customer Support department. We are seeking a highly literate candidate with an excellent telephone manner who can handle enquiries coming in via call, emails and web chat. This is a busy job where days and enquiries are varies, we require a logical thinker who can work fast in a calm and professional manner.

Duties

  • Replying to client enquiries via email
  • Answering inbound calls from consumer and business clients
  • Logging all cases on an in-house system
  • Providing professional and reasonable solutions to enquiries
  • Reporting on activity
  • Advising the supervisor off repetitive issues
  • Sending letters via the post where required
  • Answering web chat enquiries using correct English
