Job Description

YellowBricks are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support a global CEO within software. In this role 1:1 job, you will be an excellent communicator responsible for effectively supporting the CEO to organise their schedule effectively. You will be a strong character able to work alongside C-Level executives in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent gatekeeper and confident to effectively make decisions on the CEOs behalf. We regret we are unable to consider applicants who have not supported a global CEO delivering to a global timeframe.

Duties:

  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Prepare and collate documents required for meetings
  • Full email management
  • Preparing presentations
  • Scheduling detailed travel plans and itineraries
  • Organising events as directed
  • Scheduling meetings across multiple timezones
  • Preparing documents as directed
  • Organising all-hands meetings
  • Supporting with some private matters as requested
  • Preparing expense returns
  • Supporting on projects as requested
  • Accompanying on some travel when essential
