Are you an experienced Recruiter who has hired regularly within growing SaaS organisations? We are hiring for an expert to join our fast growing clients organisation, attracting ad retaining the finest talent within their space.

Temp 6 Months (Possibility of an extension)

About The Opportunity

We are supporting a growing organisation that is looking to engage an experienced recruiter on an interim basis to support their internal People Operations team during a busy period of growth and change.

The business is currently managing a high volume of live vacancies, including a number of critical backfill hires across commercial and technical functions.

This role is designed for someone who can operate as an embedded extension of the internal team  bringing pace, structure, candidate management expertise and stakeholder confidence to the hiring process.

The focus of the role will include attracting and hiring high‑quality:

Solution Architects
Pre‑Sales Consultants
Account Executives
GTM / Revenue talent

The successful individual will be confident managing recruitment operations end‑to‑end while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Screening and qualification of active applicants
  • Talent sourcing and pipeline management
  • Candidate communication and process management
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Stakeholder follow‑ups and hiring manager support
  • Offer management and onboarding coordination
  • Managing recruitment workflows and ATS activity
  • Supporting hiring delivery across multiple live vacancies simultaneously
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

 

We are ideally looking for an experienced recruiter who:

  • Has previously worked in-house, agency-side or embedded recruitment environments
  • Understands technology and commercial hiring markets
  • Has experience hiring Solution Architects, Pre‑Sales professionals or Account Executives
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Is highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Builds trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders
  • Is comfortable operating autonomously while integrating into an existing people team

 

This is an opportunity to work closely with an established business during a key hiring period, supporting business-critical recruitment projects while acting as a trusted extension of the internal People team.
