Job Description

We are an independent recruitment agency our office is in Marlow, Bucks. We are expanding our team due to growth within our market, we supply staffing solutions within the global tech market through robust PSL agreements as well as on an ad-hoc basis. We have expertise in making key hires for some of the biggest names in tech offering a high-end service to our committed clients and candidates. We work as an extension to our clients Talent Acquisition teams especially during times of high growth.

We are hiring for a person to drive a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates for our clients, we would like a person who can speak at least two European languages in order to engage with some of our hard to reach candidates. The ideal person will be confident, articulate, good with technology as well as highly literate.


  • Drive an active pipeline of candidates for our recruiters
  • Source talent within desired markets
  • Schedule calls and appointments as directed
  • Report on activity
  • Maintain all engagement information on our inhouse CRM system
  • Actively communicate with the recruiters to make them aware of useful information
  • Maintain social channels with job postings and updates
  • Support with projects

This is an exciting opportunity for a person who is starting out in recruitment. We offer commission, training and development to those who want to excel.

We are working in the office and expect our person to be able to come into Marlow when required.
