We’re looking for an experienced Content & Digital Production Contractor who can create polished, high-impact content at pace, from onboarding playbooks and executive presentations to digital engagement and training materials.

6-Month Interim | Remote/Hybrid | Immediate Start

We are supporting a fast-growing SaaS technology business seeking an experienced Content & Digital Production Contractor to support customer enablement, onboarding experience, and product adoption initiatives across a large-scale digital environment. This role will focus on creating high-quality enablement assets, onboarding materials, executive-facing presentations, and customer engagement content that supports user adoption and customer experience across multiple product and stakeholder groups.

This is a hands-on interim role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise technology environments and can confidently manage multiple content streams with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across product, customer success, and digital teams to create high-quality enablement and engagement materials that support onboarding, adoption, and customer experience initiatives.

The Role

This is a delivery-focused role sitting across customer enablement, digital experience, and product engagement. The successful candidate will support the creation of onboarding content, enablement assets, customer education materials, and stakeholder communications designed to improve user adoption and support large-scale customer transition programmes.

On The Job

  • Create customer enablement and onboarding content including playbooks, onboarding guides, stakeholder communications, and operational documentation
  • Produce customer education and product adoption materials that support engagement across digital customer journeys
  • Build executive-facing presentations and enablement assets for internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Develop learning content including workshop templates, facilitator guides, training assets, and onboarding resources
  • Produce digital engagement content including web copy, product-facing messaging, and in-app support content
  • Support customer transition and product enablement programmes across multiple workstreams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital product environments
  • Strong background creating customer enablement, onboarding, or customer education content
  • Experience producing enablement assets across onboarding, product adoption, and digital engagement programmes
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills across operational documentation, stakeholder communications, and executive content
  • Experience building high-quality presentation decks using Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Comfortable managing multiple enablement and content workstreams independently

Ideal Background

  • Experience supporting Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Digital Experience functions
  • Exposure to learning design, training programmes, or enablement initiatives
  • Understanding of customer onboarding and product adoption journeys
