Job Description

YB Recruitment Agency is hiring for an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator for a growing Marlow based organisation. Our client sells products to consumers directly as well as through retail organisations. A large part of the role is maintaining online channels to drive new business, we need a person who understands and is interested in E-Commerce and can confidently create and manage marketing campaigns through various channels such as MailChimp and dotmailer.

Duties:

  • Taking and managing inbound customer service calls
  • Responding to online reviews across all sources
  • Processing of sales orders for ad-hoc and corporate clients
  • Managing Social Media channels such as  Facebook and Twitter
  • Handling stock returns and credits
  • Creating relevant email campaigns using MailChimp to drive new orders
  • Managing sales enquiries
