We are hiring an experienced and level 7 qualified HR Manager for a leading software company based in Maidenhead, this is a 1-year contract role where you will be required in the office 2 days per week.

Reporting into the CPO, the Senior HR Manager plays a key role in delivering and promoting best practice business partnering activities and operational support to attract, engage and retain key talent consistent with our Brand and Leadership values.  The Senior HR Generalist will build relationships with Regional EMEA members and UK key stakeholders in order to influence decisions and provide first-class HR support.  The main scope of the role is to provide a generalist HR service by carrying out a number of key activities to support the business growth and development.  The role has a high focus on driving Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Recruitment as well as a wide variety of project work that is both UK and EMEA focused                              

The Role:

  • Coaching People Managers on policies, procedures and employee relations issues at all stages of the employee life cycle
  • Project work related to the full employee life cycle
  • Scoping and implementing activities to upskill capability across our People Manager population, helping this group to engage and nurture their talent effectively
  • Administering payroll for the UK workforce
  • Business Partnering responsibility for UK Commercial function/s
  • Actively participating in and embedding a culture of talent reviews, development and succession planning across the UK organization
  • Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward-thinking HR service
  • Identify and deliver HR initiatives that support business priorities and targets
  • Taking the lead in the full recruitment process from sourcing, to interview and onboarding
  • Project work is driven annually by Global and EMEA HR Strategic priorities
  • Take the lead in the development and implementation of engagement activities
  • Supporting the lead of the Social & Charity Committee and taking an active role in organising events
  • Completing a full policy review in line with legislation and local market changes annually
  • Monthly Payroll checking and support of the coordination
