Looking for a new HR job? Are you an experienced People Coordinator, we are hiring for our Slough client for a one year fixed term contract. In this role, you will be a hands-on coordinator with a high level of exposure administering payroll, pension and benefit entitlements. This is an exciting role working for a line manager who is strong at coaching and training.
- Supporting the HR Shared Service centre with administration tasks
- Collating monthly payroll, submitting accurate records
- Assisting with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Processing new starter paperwork
- Ensuring leaves are all processed accurately
- Processing monthly pension data
- Managing and administering the UK car fleet
- Raising POs and processing local invoices relating to HR
- Supporting with recruitment, scheduling interviews and providing feedback
We are looking for a self-starter who is confident and approachable for this busy role. Candidates must have exposure to payroll and pensions to be considered.
This role is a 1 year FTC.
