Job Description

YellowBricks are hiring for an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer to join our client, a Pre IPO Tech startup in high growth mode. We are seeking the first person for Sales Enablement within Europe so you must be a hands-on self-starter confident to introduce new initiatives and operational plans to ensure the Sales team are getting the very best support, training and coaching to allow them to do their best work. The role reports to the established US team which will give you a great level of support to get started. To be considered you will have experience delivering training and development to Sales professionals within a SaaS company.

The Job

  • Create and deliver sales training to new and current staff to consistently support and develop
  • Inspire the Sales team using Challenger Sales Methodology
  • Leverage the support of the onboarding team to evolve the program
  • Assess, review and make recommendations around current hiring evaluations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business sales focus, new products and incentives
  • Create a brand-specific onboarding and ongoing sales training and development strategy
  • Develop strong relationships with the leadership team

This is an exciting role for a person who likes to be at the forefront of Sales Enablement, we are seeking a mentor and coach who will inspire the people to do their best work while continuing to add value through creating and organising relevant and details training plans.
