Business Development Manager – London (Stratford)

£40k basic + OTE | B2B Sales | New Business Focus

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in a fast-growing organisation based in London.

 

Overview

We are working with a fast-growing organisation entering its next phase of growth.

This role is focused on one thing: driving revenue through new business sales

You will be responsible for building pipeline, opening conversations, and converting opportunities into paying clients.

This is a target-driven role with clear ownership of revenue.

 

The Role

You will:

  • Build and manage a new business pipeline
  • Drive outbound activity (LinkedIn, email, networking, introductions)
  • Open and develop conversations with prospective clients
  • Lead opportunities through to closed revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition to senior stakeholders
  • Grow and retain existing clients where relevant
  • Work to defined KPIs and revenue targets

  • Consistent pipeline generation
  • Regular new business wins
  • Strong conversion from conversation to revenue
  • Increased revenue from both new and existing clients
  • Ability to operate independently and build momentum

  • Proven experience in new business sales / business development
  • Comfortable working to targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage and influence
  • Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Comfortable working in a growing, evolving business
