Corporate partnerships sit at the heart of this impact. Employer-led workshops, mentoring, work experience placements and apprenticeship pathways directly shape the futures of thousands of young people each year.

Future Leaders is now seeking a commercially aware, relationship-driven professional to grow and deepen its corporate partnerships. Corporate partnerships are not an add-on they are the engine of impact. Every employer relationship directly influences a young person’s trajectory.

Your  Role as Corporate Partnerships Manager

  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with forward-thinking organisations committed to widening access and social mobility
  • Act as the first point of contact for organisations expressing interest in supporting the programme, guiding them from enquiry through to delivery
  • Translate corporate ambition into practical, student-focused opportunities including mentoring, insight days, workshops and apprenticeship pathways
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations to design and deliver high-quality engagement experiences
  • Organise and coordinate impactful employer events that create genuine value for both students and partners

  • Contribute to partnership growth objectives and engagement targets
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of current and prospective partners, tracking activity, commitments and follow-ups
  • Monitor and report on partnership metrics, outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate as Corporate Partnerships Manager with the marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials and collateral that demonstrate partnership impact

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months

By the end of your first year, you will have:

  • Built a healthy and well-managed portfolio of engaged corporate partners

The Corporate Partnerships Manager role will suit someone who believes in widening access to opportunity and is confident building the relationships that make it happen. You may come from education, early careers, outreach, CSR, partnerships or business development. • Comfortable presenting to groups of students and representing the organisation externally
  • Proactive in building and nurturing partnerships
