We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Reading, Berkshire to join our growing team at Yellow Bricks.

Your role As a Recruitment Consultant in Reading is to identify the individuals who genuinely move businesses forward. The people who don’t just look good on paper, but perform, influence, and deliver once they’re in role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deep Candidate Assessment
Go beyond the CV. You’ll take time to understand a candidate’s decisions, behaviours, and real-world impact, identifying what others miss.
Client Partnership
Act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring every interaction reflects clarity, professionalism, and care. You’ll manage expectations, guide decisions, and build long-term relationships.
Navigating Ambiguity
Work on roles where briefs are still evolving. You’ll bring structure, insight, and direction to help clients define what “great” looks like.
Structured, Evidence-Led Hiring
Follow a clear, proven process that ensures every recommendation is grounded in insight, not instinct alone.
Driving Engagement from Day One
Ensure candidates join roles with alignment, clarity, and purpose, setting them (and your clients) up for long-term success.
