Job Description

We are hiring a confident, articulate and well-presented person to act as Receptionist to this well known local corporate company. We are interested in speaking to those seeking a permanent full-time role who feel they can engage well with people in person and over the phone.


  • Welcoming visitors to the building
  • Carrying out signing in and health & safety advice
  • Announcing visitors to there desired contact
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising refreshments
  • Answering calls via the switchboard
  • Directing calls in a professional manner
  • Taking detailed messages where required
  • Ordering stock and stationary
  • Ensuring the kitchen areas are kept tidy
  • General administrative tasks
