Job Description

We are working with a startup in high growth mode, they provide high-demand products to their customers and have a regular stream if inbound leads to follow up on. We are seeking a person who can react to leads as they come in by calling the prospect, qualifying the opportunity and securing a new client.

Yellow Bricks are hiring a Sales Executive to convert inbound leads by contacting customers via the telephone to qualify their interests and convert them into customers. We are looking for a confident, articulate professional who is able to react quickly to secure new customers while ensuring they have an enjoyable experience and feel valued and educated on what they will receive. This is a full-time role working from the office in a temporary to permanent capacity.

Duties:

• Respond to inbound lead enquiries
• Contact customers by telephone
• Register details on the CRM system
• Answer all questions with professionalism
• Ensure the customer has all of the information to allow a positive decision
• Convert 60% of enquiries
• Offer feedback internally on the quality of leads and areas of improvement
