Job Description

We are hiring 3 x Customer Success Agents to join a growing team on an initial 3‑month basis. The role is in office, London west end.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident telephone communicators, naturally empathetic and highly reliable.

We are supporting a leading organisation that is looking to hire Customer Success Agents to join their growing team on an initial 3‑month basis.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, naturally empathetic and highly reliable.

The role will involve targeted outbound phone outreach to an existing client base, supporting customer engagement activity and ensuring all conversations and outcomes are accurately recorded within internal systems.

This is a fast‑paced, people-focused environment where professionalism, consistency and communication are highly valued.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting targeted outbound calls to existing customers and clients
  • Building positive and professional relationships over the phone
  • Providing clear communication and support throughout customer interactions
  • Accurately updating and maintaining notes within internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Managing follow-up activity and ensuring information is recorded correctly
  • Supporting the wider customer success and operations teams
  • Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in all conversations

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism
  • Are organised, dependable and detail-oriented
  • Can accurately update systems and manage customer notes
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-moving operational setting

Previous experience within customer service, contact centre, customer success, client support or phone-based environments would be highly advantageous.
