Temp Required for a 4 week assignment with a leading retail brand to support the flow of cases within their customer ticketing system, we expect applicants to have experience in a similar role using a ticketing platform as well as Shopify.

We’re recruiting 8 temporary Customer Support Advisors to join a leading global beauty brand for an initial 4–6 week assignment, with the potential to be extended.

To be considered, you’ll need:

✔ Experience using Shopify
✔ Experience working with a customer support ticketing system
✔ Excellent written customer service skills
✔ Availability to start immediately
