Yellow Bricks are hiring in Uxbridge for an experienced and passionate manager of people to join a world renowned organisation specialising in distribution. Our Client Services Team Manager will pro-actively leading a team of 7 capable colleagues you will effectively assist them in achieving goals, completing work to deadlines as feeling valued and part of something special. We are looking for a professional Client Service Team Manager who is engaging and commanding as well as a real peoples person.


  • Manage an experienced team to achieve objectives
  • Carry out regular reviews, one to ones, and catch ups
  • Offer and carry out training
  • Lead from the front, demonstrating service excellence
  • Ensure the timely resolution of all enquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with all clients
  • Inspire success within your team and the wider department
  • Report activity to the Customer Service Manager
  • Communicate client relationship progress with the wider business
  • Capture spiralling issues quickly to manage a resolve
  • Maintain the call logging system using SAP

This is a role for someone who focuses on people over report statistics, we want a true leader who can demonstrate relevant experience in a similar Client Services Team Manager role. The clients office is not near the tube station so a car driver owner is required.
